Bringing “every citizen” along tougher than many think…

This article suggests all new energy measures focused on reducing emissions should face a test: bringing everyone along… Much harder than it looks, especially if by everyone you mean the poor from all parts of the globe… Of course, you can just ignore that part too and focus on virtual signalling…
